Under a retainer arrangement, a monthly retainer amount is set based on the projected amount of time needed. We are available to conduct grant source research, alert you to grant opportunities, prepare proposals, and provide ongoing advice and consultation via the Internet. We will keep track of hours worked with hours billed every two weeks. Hours not used in a given month will be “banked” for use in future months. The retainer is due at the start of each month and there is a three-month minimum.
