The TEACH, Inc. approach is a bold response to turning around low-performing schools. It is a data-driven approach that offers a comprehensive model for school transformation. The goal is high academic achievement and social achievement for all students based on individual student needs rather than the needs of groups.
Our aim is to enable individual schools to 1) achieve high academic and social performance for each individual student; 2) provide effective, fast-paced instruction; 3) create safe environments for teaching and learning; 4) create a system of continuous monitoring of teaching and learning; 5) foster caring home and school interactions; 6) promote data-based instructional decisions for teaching and learning; and 7) support educator use of proven core curricular instructional strategies.
